Work Permit Application Terms & Conditions:

By using our Work Permit application service, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

  1. Work Permit and Visa Costs: The costs associated with the work permit and visa application are the responsibility of the employee.
  2. Daily Working Hours: Employees are expected to work 8 to 10 hours per day, totaling 40 to 60 hours per week.
  3. Overtime & Allowance: Overtime and allowance will be provided in accordance with Polish labor laws.
  4. Accommodation: Accommodation is provided by the company, and in some cases, may be paid for by the employee.
  5. Temporary Residence Card: The duration of the Temporary Residence Card will align with the terms of the employment contract.
  6. Working Uniform: The company will provide working uniforms for employees.
  7. Nature of Work: The nature of work is physical in nature.
  8. Income Tax: Income tax deductions will be made in accordance with Polish labor laws.
  9. Medical & Insurance: Medical and insurance coverage will be provided by the company.
  10. Holidays: Holidays will be observed in accordance with Polish labor laws.
  11. Period of Contract: The employment contract is initially for 1 year and is renewable.
  12. Free Schengen Travel: Employees will have the benefit of free travel within 35 Schengen countries.
  13. Note: Embassy fees (approximately 80 Euro) will be the responsibility of the client. Services will be provided based on the specified terms and conditions, and no changes can be made to these terms.
  14. Long-Term Visa: Third-country nationals may apply for a long-stay visa for employment within 60 days from the date of issuance of the work permit.
  15. Payment Policy:
    • Prepayment: A non-refundable prepayment of 1500 Euros is required to initiate the process.
    • After Obtaining the Work Permit: An additional payment of 1000 Euros is required.
    • After Obtaining a Visa: The final payment of 4000 Euros is necessary.
  16. Payment Methods: Payments can be made via Wise, Revolut, or a local bank account.
  17. Salary, Work, & Hours: Final salary, work category, and working hours will be specified in the Work Permit once it is issued.
  18. Poland Work Permits: Our services include an official Poland work permit that allows you to obtain a Work Visa D 6 visa for multiple entries, valid for 1 year.
