Work Permit Application Terms & Conditions:

By using our Wprk Permit application service, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

  1. Work Permit and Visa Costs: The cost of the work permit and visa application is the responsibility of the employee.
  2. Daily Working Hours: Employees are expected to work between 8 to 10 hours per day or a total of 40 to 60 hours per week.
  3. Overtime and Allowance: Overtime and allowance are subject to Romania’s labor laws and are provided as per shift requirements.
  4. Accommodation: Accommodation will be provided by the company; however, employees are responsible for paying utility bills associated with their accommodation.
  5. Food: The company does not provide food to employees.
  6. Local Transportation: Local transportation to and from the workplace is provided by the company.
  7. Temporary Residence Card: Employees may be eligible for a temporary residence card after 3 months of continuous work.
  8. Working Uniform: The company provides working uniforms to employees.
  9. Income Tax: Income tax will be deducted as per Romania’s labor laws.
  10. Medical & Insurance: Medical and insurance coverage will be provided in accordance with Romania’s labor laws.
  11. Workmen’s Compensation Insurance: Workmen’s compensation insurance is insured by the company.
  12. Leave Benefits: Leave benefits will be provided in compliance with Romania’s labor laws.
  13. Period of Contract: The employment contract is valid for a duration of 1 year.
  14. Payment Policy: Payment for our services follows the following schedule:
    • Prepayment of 2000 Euros.
    • After obtaining the work permit, an additional payment of 2000 Euros is required.
    • After obtaining the visa, a final payment of 2000 Euros is necessary.
  15. Payment Methods: Payments can be made through Wise, Revolut, or a local Romanian bank account.
  16. Note:
    • Embassy fees, approximately $130, are the responsibility of the client.
    • All services are provided in accordance with the stated terms and conditions, and no alterations can be made to these terms.
    • Third-country nationals must apply for a long-stay visa for employment within 60 days from the date of issuance of the work permit.
  17. Important Information: Immigration UA provides an official Romania work permit, enabling you to obtain a Work Visa D/AM visa. This visa allows entry and stay for a maximum of 90 days within a 6-month period from the date of the first entry.
