Upon receiving your documents and confirming they meet our requirements, we will send you an Agreement. Sign it and make a non-refundable prepayment of 1500 Euros to initiate the process. (Note: No prepayment means no service.)

After your prepayment, we will obtain a Submission Receipt from the Ministry of Internal Affairs General Inspector for Immigration for your work permit authorization application. This typically takes a minimum of 60 working days.

Once we have the Submission Receipt, it will take up to 30 working days to issue your work permit invitation.

When your work permit is ready, we will send you a photocopy or scanned copy via email or WhatsApp. At this stage, you'll need to make the second payment of 1000 Euros. (No payment means no service)

After your work permit is ready, we will send you a scanned or photocopy. You will need to pay 100 Euros for courier charges.

After we receive the courier charge, we will send the original work permit invitation along with supporting documents to your preferred address.

Upon receiving the original documents, you must apply online and secure an embassy appointment.

After successfully obtaining a visa, you must make the third payment for the remaining balance on the same day you receive the visa from the embassy.

If your visa application is rejected due to not justifying the purpose of your stay, you have the option to appeal the decision. You will need to submit an appeal along with the original work permit to the embassy/VFS Global.

After working in Lithuania for at least 3 months, your employer may assist you in obtaining a Temporary Residence Permit for 1 to 3 years, which is renewable.
