Getting Your Romania Work Permit

Send Required Documents

Email us at info@evisacompany.com with scanned copies of your Passport, CV/Resume, and a Digital Photograph. Please ensure that you send all the documents as attachments in a single email. Remember, we require high-quality scans, not mobile photos.

Sign Agreement & Make Prepayment

Once we receive your documents and they meet our requirements, we'll send you an Agreement. Sign it and make a prepayment of 2000 Euros to initiate the process. (Note: No prepayment means no service.)

Submission Receipt

After receiving your prepayment, we'll provide you with a Submission Receipt issued by the Ministry of Internal Affairs General Inspector for Immigration for your work permit authorization application. This typically takes up to 30 working days.

Work Permit Invitation

Within 30 working days of receiving the Submission Receipt, we'll issue your work permit invitation.

Second Payment

Upon completion, we'll send you a scanned or photocopy of the work permit invitation. At this point, you'll make a second payment of 2000 Euros. (No payment means no service.)

Courier Charges

You'll also need to pay 100 Euros for courier charges.

Receive Original Documents

After we receive the courier charge, we'll send the original work permit invitation and supporting documents to your preferred address.

Embassy Appointment

Upon receiving the original documents, you must apply online and upload the required documents at https://evisa.mae.ro/ to secure an embassy appointment.

Appointment

The embassy will validate your documents and schedule an appointment for you to visit with your original documents and passport to obtain the visa stamp.

Third Payment

After obtaining the visa, you'll make a third payment of 2000 Euros before coming to Romania.

Temporary Residence Permit

After working in Romania for 2 to 3 months, your employer may assist you in obtaining a Temporary Residence Permit.

No, we do not offer the option to make payments after obtaining a visa.

No, we do not accept payments after obtaining a work permit or on a “done base” arrangement.

No, we do not have a refund policy in place.

To apply for a visa, you will need the following documents:

  • A passport valid for at least three months beyond the visa’s validity.
  • A copy of your ID card.
  • Two recent color photos (3 cm x 4 cm) with a white background.
  • A completed application form available at http://evisa.mae.ro/home portal.
  • Valid medical insurance for Romania, covering the entire intended stay and worth a minimum of 30,000 EUR.
  • A copy of the work permit issued by the General Immigration Inspectorate of the Ministry of Interior of Romania.
  • Proof of financial means equivalent to at least the minimum guaranteed wage for the entire visa period.
  • A criminal record (Police Clearance Certificate) from your country of domicile or residence, apostilled or legalized as required.
  • The visa fee is approximately $130.

The contact period for the Work Permit is 1 year.

Payment deduction from your salary for our services is not available.

We do not require or accept any additional payments after the visa process.
