Terms and Conditions:
- Introduction: Boost Agency is a recruitment agency in Poland that provides employment services to clients seeking job opportunities in Poland. By engaging our services, clients agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions.
- Services Offered: Boost Agency provides recruitment services to clients seeking employment opportunities in Poland. Our services include sourcing job opportunities, screening potential employers, and connecting clients with potential employers.
- Eligibility: To be eligible for our services, clients must be legally authorized to work in Poland and must provide all necessary documentation to support their eligibility to work.
- Service Fees: Our service fees are determined based on the nature and complexity of the job opportunity being sought. These fees are agreed upon between Boost Agency and the client prior to the commencement of our services. Any additional fees incurred during the course of our services will be communicated to the client in advance and will require their approval..
- Payment: Payment for our services is due in full prior to the commencement of our services. We accept payment through various modes such as bank transfer, credit card, and PayPal.
- Guarantee: We cannot guarantee that clients will secure employment opportunities through our services. However, we do our best to match clients with potential employers and provide guidance and support throughout the recruitment process.
- Confidentiality: Boost Agency respects the confidentiality and privacy of our clients. All information provided to us will be kept confidential and will only be shared with potential employers with the consent of the client.
- Termination: Either party may terminate the agreement at any time by giving written notice to the other party. In the event of termination, the client will be liable for any fees incurred up until the date of termination.
- Liability: Boost Agency shall not be liable for any loss or damage incurred by the client as a result of engaging our services. We shall not be responsible for any errors or omissions in the information provided by the client or any third party.
- Boost Agency is not responsible for any rejection of visa or can impact any embassy decision.
- The terms of non-refundable fee is not challengeable anywhere. This is the fee of lawyers, which have been paid already, no matter the final outcome of embassy interview.
